Residential Design
When we begin your project, we always design with you not for you. As partners we take your ideas and turn them into visual renderings. Our 3D landscapes of your property and buildings allow you to see exactly what everything will look like. This includes every detail, materials used, and where the sun or shade will be at certain times of the day.
Lighting is also an important part of any design and up lighting can really set the mood for a tranquil backyard. So we give you renderings of what your new backyard will look when the sun goes down and the lights turn on. Larger projects also receive a video fly-though from every angle.

Project done!
This lakeside property had a fire pit and that was it. So we created a patio around the fire pit, more privacy with landscaping, walkways to the water, all around the house and into the basement and to the staircase. All the client has to add are a lot of flowers!
